- পেঁয়াজ পাতলা করে কাটা – ২টা
- বেসন – আধা কাপ
- ধনেপাতা কুচি – ১ মুঠো
- কাঁচামরিচ – ২টা
- লঙ্কাগুঁড়া – অল্প একটু
- লবণ – স্বাদমতো
- এক চিমটি বেকিং সোডা (ইচ্ছে হলে)
- তেল – ডিপ ফ্রাই করার জন্য
কিভাবে বানাবেন:

Today I’m sharing a super easy, super desi snack — Crispy Bangladeshi-style Onion Fritters. Perfect for tea time, quick hangouts, or those surprise guests your mother warns you about.
What you’ll need:
- Thinly sliced onions – 2 medium
- Chickpea flour (beson) – half cup
- Chopped coriander – a handful
- Green chilies – 2 finely chopped
- A little red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- A pinch of baking soda (optional)
- Oil for deep frying
How to make it:
Mix everything in one bowl and create a thick batter. Heat oil in a pan, then drop small portions of the mixture into the oil. Fry on medium heat so the fritters turn golden and crispy without burning.

- The more onions you add, the better the flavor.
- If the batter becomes too runny, add a spoon of beson to fix it.
