  • এক চিমটি বেকিং সোডা (ইচ্ছে হলে)
  • তেল – ডিপ ফ্রাই করার জন্য

কিভাবে বানাবেন:

  • Chickpea flour (beson) – half cup
  • Chopped coriander – a handful
  • Green chilies – 2 finely chopped
  • A little red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • A pinch of baking soda (optional)
  • Oil for deep frying

How to make it:
Mix everything in one bowl and create a thick batter. Heat oil in a pan, then drop small portions of the mixture into the oil. Fry on medium heat so the fritters turn golden and crispy without burning.

  • The more onions you add, the better the flavor.
  • If the batter becomes too runny, add a spoon of beson to fix it.
  • Once fried, grab a cup of hot tea and enjoy — the first bite will remind you of home.
